the location was convenient for accessing various attractions. the complimentary coffee and tea on the second floor was beneficial. i found the staff at reception to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

adequate stay with minor issues
convenient location friendly staff free water slow elevator small room inconsistent housekeeping
the location was quite convenient for exploring. i could easily walk to many attractions (it was very central). the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. the hotel also had free water stations on every floor, which i appreciated.
The elevators were quite slow. I experienced long wait times. the room i had was a bit small. It felt cramped. housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes, i had to request service.
